Are your parts guarenteed?
Most parts carry a 30 day warranty. Electrical parts are functional when removed, however due to the nature of these parts we can only guarentee against D.O.A.
The part I purchased is wrong or defective, What now?
Our hard parts are guarenteed for 30 days. In the event of a failure please contact us and we will either replace the part or refund the cost of the item.
Due to the nature of electrical parts our policy is to issue store credit only and only in cases of items that are received D.O.A.
Guarentee does not cover any labor costs associated with replacement of the defective part nor does it cover any loss associated with the loss of use of the unit.
What do you base your shipping charges on?
Shipping charges are actual charges we incur from the USPS. There is a $2.00 handling fee on all orders to cover the costs of packaging etc.

If you are in the Browns Valley area and would like to pick up your order we will accept Cash Only upon pickup
Can I pickup the item rather than having it shipped?
Absolutly. If you are in the Browns Valley, MN area we would welcome you to stop in and pick up your item(s). Please contatct us in advance to arrange pickup. All items must be paid for prior to leaving the premisis. Cash is the only acceptable form of payment for pickups that have not been pre-paid.
Do you sell new or rebuilt parts?
At the present time we do not sell either new or rebuilt parts. We are looking into starting a rebuilding program for certain parts such as carburetors, starters, etc.
